Rated PG13
Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore had no chemistry between them. The movie had many actors that played parts in other Sandler movies as well as Sean Astin who played Sam in Lord of the Rings. I don’t know what he was thinking being in this movie. Watching Adam Sandler in this movie is like watching a little kid throw a tantrum in a store. You wish someone would just do anything to shut them up. Drew’s character was just there...it couldn't develop because every day was ground hog day but she didn't know it.
The scenes attempting to be funny were just crude. In some cases they recycled jokes and stunts from other Adam Sandler movies.
The concept of someone loosing their short-term memory over and over again was done by another former SNL cast member, Dana Carvey, in Blank Slate.
In my opinion this movie is not worth buying. If you are a big fan of Adam or Drew then rent it because you probably won’t want to see it again.
